Mission

C.A.R.E. Clinic is a FREE clinic serving uninsured and low-income residents of Goodhue County and Lake City, Minnesota.*

Our mission is to contribute to the Community by improving health care Access, connecting people to Resources, and promoting health Education. 

 

Eligibility

 
 
To be eligible for services at C.A.R.E. Clinic you must:

  • Be uninsured
  • Have annual income at or below 275% of the poverty level 
  • Live in Goodhue County or Lake City
