AJR & Co. Consulting & Bold Wellness

High-achieving women need a strong support system. I want to be the extension of your support system that partners with you to reinvigorate your mental health.

Bold Wellness is a private practice focused on women. It takes bravery to say “I am burnt out.” It is courageous to say “I need help.” Reaching out to a psychologist may be new and may invoke anxiety. But you do tough things all the time!

My role is to partner with you. Work-life flex, while always challenging, has become increasingly more difficult over the past 1.5 years. Research shows women continue to carry more than their fair share, even when they have help from a partner. Whether you’re partnered, single, a parent, an adult without children, or an adult in a caregiver role, you are coping with ongoing uncertainty and stress. We can meet to find the good that is already present in your life and discuss where your values are leading you.

How I approach new clients: Individual therapy begins with a brief clinical connect. Fit is the most important part of a therapy relationship. Fit is about how YOU feel when we meet. If the fit feels right, we have a 60 minute intake session where I ask lots of questions and we determine your goals for therapy. We then set a plan for how often we will meet, discuss course of therapy, and schedule next steps.
