The Healing Hideout is an outpatient mental health group practice in downtown Minneapolis offering therapy for individuals, couples, and families. Our clinicians specialize in anxiety, depression, substance use, and LGBTQIA+ concerns, and bring experience from substance use treatment, community mental health, and outpatient settings. We aim to provide a welcoming, judgment-free space where clients can tell their story, work through what they\u2019re facing, and grow at their own pace.<\/p>\n
We accept most major commercial and Minnesota public insurance plans, including Medical Assistance, Blue Cross, HealthPartners, Medica, UCare, Hennepin Health, and others. Sliding scale fees are available for clients who are uninsured, out-of-network, or experiencing financial hardship.<\/p>\n
