Individual mental health therapy and group counseling services are provided by clinical staff who are licensed professionals and\/or have advanced graduate training in a mental health field.<\/p>\n

-Specialized therapy for trauma related symptoms with staff trained in EMDR, Brainspotting and Accelerated Resolution Therapy<\/p>\n
-Reach for Resources offers psychotherapy services that are inclusive of individuals from diverse cultural, ethnic, and religious backgrounds, as well as all genders and sexual orientations.<\/p>\n
What can I expect?
\n-Appointments offered both online\/telehealth and at our Minnetonka, MN office location.
\n-Therapy appointments typically last just under one hour, and the frequency of appointments is generally once per week.
\n-Your therapist will work with you to define goals for therapy and help you work towards them.
\n-We are in network with most health insurance plans, including Medical Assistance and Medicare.
\nSliding fee scale available for those who meet income requirement and do not have insurance coverage.
