When you text, chat, or call, all of your conversations are confidential, and you can share as much or as little as you\u2019d like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are thinking about harming yourself \u2014 get immediate crisis support. Connect to a crisis counselor 24\/7, 365 days a year, from anywhere in the U.S via text, chat, or phone. The Trevor Project is 100% confidential and 100% free.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fasttrackermn.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/8-819x1024.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Trans Lifeline is run by and for trans people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trans Lifeline\u2019s Hotline is a peer support phone service run by trans people for our trans and questioning peers.
