I genuinely believe in the dignity and humanity of every individual, and my approach focuses on empowering you to take charge of your own journey while ensuring you feel heard and understood. It is my goal to help you reinstall three basic truths we all deserve to believe– you have value, the world is a better place with you in it, and happiness is attainable. I am here to help you untangle the complexities of your experiences, all while reminding you that it\u2019s perfectly okay to not have it all figured out.<\/p>\n
