Progress Valley\u2019s Independent Mental Health Clinic<\/strong>\u00a0provides comprehensive, client-centered services for individuals facing a wide range of mental health concerns. Our team includes fully licensed and credentialed therapists, as well as pre-licensed clinicians working under supervision following completion of their master\u2019s programs.<\/p>\n

We offer\u00a0individual, family, and couples therapy<\/strong> both in-person at our Bloomington and Roseville, MN locations and statewide via telehealth. Services are available to individuals 16 and older, with family therapy additionally offered to include those under 16. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.<\/p>\n

We are committed to\u00a0culturally competent and inclusive care<\/strong>. Our diverse team includes BIPOC providers and clinicians with experience serving the disability community, ensuring that all clients receive affirming and responsive support.<\/p>\n

In addition, we offer\u00a0Anger Management Assessments<\/strong> (in-person or virtual), and hybrid Anger Management Groups<\/strong> currently available to male-identifying and female-identifying clients.<\/p>\n

All services can be scheduled by phone or through our convenient\u00a0online booking system<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
