Momentum Center is designed to provide low intensity chemical dependency treatment in a residential, structured living environment. Momentum Center provides treatment services for adult males who have been diagnosed with a substance use disorder.<\/p>\n
Momentum Center provides an intermediate environment for a period of sixty to one hundred and fifty days between the medium to highly structured treatment center environment and the return to independent living within the community.<\/p>\n
Momentum Center assists clients through this process by providing a reasonably structured environment, which helps to cultivate the development of healthy living skills by supporting independent planning, decision making, and action. Momentum Center clients are required to purchase their own groceries using the Momentum Center Program\u2019s gift card policy, prepare regular meals for themselves, keep their apartments in an orderly fashion, and learn how to live in close quarters with other clients of the program.<\/p>\n
Momentum Center provides on-site opportunities for personal growth by requiring clients to assist in the development of an individual treatment plan in concert with the licensed alcohol and drug counselors. Clients are expected to attend a minimum of five hours of treatment services on a weekly basis.
\nTreatment is provided on-site through group and individual counseling sessions, which are facilitate by Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselors.<\/p>\n
