Woodland Centers is a certified CCBHC located in west central Minnesota that provides mental health and substance use services for persons of all ages. We have offices in Big Stone, Chippewa, Kandiyohi, Lac qui Parle, Meeker, Renville, and Swift counties. Our main office is located in Willmar.  Services include outpatient therapy, psychiatry, groups, day treatment, school linked behavioral health, rehabilitative services and substance use disorder treatment.

We provide 24/7 crisis response services, mental health urgent care, residential crisis services for youth and adults, substance use services for youth and adults, adult mental health rehabilitative services, school linked behavior health, youth and adult day treatment, groups, outpatient therapy and psychiatry. We focus on integrated care and recovery. We are proud to be celebrating over 60 years of providing high quality mental health and substance use services in our communities!
