Mayo Clinic Health System – Fountain Centers in Austin

Fountain Centers has 7 locations that provide Intensive Outpatient Treatment (ASAM 2.1), Outpatient Treatment (ASAM 1.0), individual counseling, group counseling, and cog skills. We provide comprehensive assessments. We have a virtual / hybrid component to treatment. We also have an in-person option. We provide adult AM (9am – 12pm) and adult PM (5pm – 8pm) groups. Programming is open to all genders, adults, and adolescents.  Adolescent services are offered at ASAM 1.0 in person / virtual.  We provide virtual services for individuals using medical cannabis through the Minnesota Medical Cannabis Program.
