Frazier Wellness Services

Frazier Wellness Services is a multidisciplinary substance use disorder and mental health treatment clinic. Our program focuses on a person centered approach utilizing specific curriculum to meet individual needs. We have a 2.1 IOP day program and a 1.o OP evening program. We offer assessments as well as morning, afternoon, and evening groups, individual counseling, and peer support specialists on site to provide extra supports. Frazier Wellness Services also offers housing (male only) to those who need it in addition to treatment services that is funded by Housing Support funds as a registered board & lodge with special services.
